HIGH QUALITY - LUXURY

Valpolicella is made up of the hills and valleys north of the city of Verona, in the Veneto region. It extends from the Adige river valley to the territories of the Soave production area. Valpolicella is an area with a controlled designation of origin (DOC - DOCG).
After the harvest, the best grapes are left to dry for a maximum of three months. In this way sugars and aromas are concentrated. The wine obtained is then aged in wooden barrels for at least two years.
